Northwest Self Storage - Storage Units on 12107 NE Erin Way

Renting online can be slightly daunting to a boomer like me. Once I had it figured out, easy-peasy! facility: Clean Clean Clean. I have never seen a facility this clean and well maintained. Staff: outstanding customer service all around. From the call center on to the facility staff themselves, y'all rock! Price: a bit high but affordable Overall! I would gladly recommend and would most certainly would rent it again. Dennis Hills

Quick, easy registration. Entire area, buildings, parking lot, and individual units were well maintained and very, very clean and well lit.

Fast and easy. I was in my unit within 20 minutes! So nice and helpful. Great service.

I deal with storage facilities all over Portland. If the other places were half as nice and helpful as the lady at the 122 and Marx store the world would be a better place. I forgot here name but she is the best I have ever dealt with and so is NW Self Storage as a company.

Mixed feelings about this service. On the plus side are decent rooms and security, readily available dollies and a conveniently accessible location. On the negative was a bit of bureaucratic runaround to show our belongings were insured, and some surprising rent increases each year (our monthly rate jumped over 60% in 4 years). So, I'd recommend or endorse them for shorter term storage, but we moved our things out because of the harsh price changes.

The managers are great people who work with you to get what you need as affordable as possible. I recommend them over the national chains.

I’ve been a customer for over 3 and a half years, all my valuables and sentimentals were safe and secure the entire time. Workin with John and his wife monthly has been a pleasure! Space is clean, safe and secure! Packed up my belongings and headed to Texas with ease and comfort!

I have been renting here since 2003. There have been several changes in managers. The present one, John has treated me with respect and support. It's been nice to know that if a problem arises, you can count on John working with you. One month my check did not come yet to pay my rent on time. I usually pay automatically. That month there wasn't money to pay my bill. I was called and told that there was not enough money to pay my bill. I shared my situation and told him it would be available in 2 to 3 days. John changed my due date accordingly and when the time came the bill was paid. It was an embarrassing situation; but John made it less so by working with me. I really appreciated that. It's good to have good people when you have to rent space. Thanks, John

I saw a storage special online & reserved a locker. When John the Manager called, I mentioned the ad, & he said he wasn't running one. I had taken a screenshot & referred to it. After going over the details of the ad. John says, looks like you got a special conning. John was very professional & pleasant though the whole process. When I finally met John, he was with a client, but did acknowledge my presence. In my book that's important. When it was my turn, we interacted as if we had known each other for years. John is a 5 star manager as well as the facility. Thank you John for your friendly & professional service.

A few years ago, my daughter helped me find a well-run storage facility that was convenient to my new location and that was within my budget as a retiree. John is pleasant to work with and the operation on NE Erin Way has met all my requisites. I particularly appreciate the "lack of clutter" both in the buildings and on the grounds. I have been able to access my unit at my convenience and at the st time I have never had any thought of my stored items not being secure.

I've been using Parkrose since 2016 while selling and purchasing four different homes because of illnesses and death. I really appreciate the friendliness and excellent customer service. The security, cleanliness, and convenience of this location is outstanding and I never have to worry about the safety of my household goods.

John and Tara are the best. They are professional, helpful and friendly. The property and lockers are great as well, very clean and safe. We’ve been renting storage space here for 12+ years, through many stages and different needs...our own, our kids’, moving, downsizing, holding patterns, etc. Highly recommended. John Ferguson at Northwest Self Storage on Erin Way in NE Portland takes the prize for the very best customer service I have experienced. Ever! In addition, the property is ALWAYS maintained, clean, and safe. I will remain a client for the the foreseeable future.

Great people and the place is always clean if any problems just tell them and its fix. I've been with them for 5 years and no complaints from me I tell all my friends about them when they need a storage.

My experience with Northwest Storage has been excellent. Very friendly representatives at location on 122nd. They are always helpful and happy going out of their way to make things work smoothly. I would recommend to anyone wirh storage needs.

Excellent! John was on staff and was super accommodating. He made the whole experience so easy. The prices are more than fair, the premesis is spotless, well lit and well protected by a code entrance gate. The hours are convenient, and again JOHN MADE IT SO EASY! I have had awful experiences with other storage places in the past, and this one is clearly just a diamond in a field of daisies.

I started looking for a storage locker in November to put my car in near the airport in Portland while we were gone for a month plus. I located NW Self Storage on Eris Ave and made contact with John. He was great, advised me to check back closer to the date. I did so and they were able to set me up with a great locker there that was easy access for my car and just the right size. Tara and John are great to work with, honest and I really enjoyed knowing my car was safe and dry when it was snowing and cold in Portland. The facility is clean and easy to access and very close to the hotels at the airport. The daily charge was about the same as I would have to paid at the hotel and left my car outside and vulnerable to breakin. I strongly recommend anyone having to fly and want their own car available on return to investigate this facility.

Well mantained

The manager was very friendly and made me feel that he really cared that my needs were met. And that is my motto: just meet the needs! I changed units 5 times and never did I feel that it was a bother to them. I would like to see more and better carts. And a simple way to use fans on hot days. I would give the site managers 5.5 stars and the company the 4 stars.

This place have the best security and the management rocks, they are so helpful. They will always get my business. Thank You John!

I am a first time customer, and I am sure glad I found this place. I needed a wrench to fix a leaky sink, and with only a few bucks on me, I did a quick search for bargains in Portland. These guys popped up all over the web, so I thought I would try them first. I got there, they had what I needed, and I picked up a nice pipe wrench for 5 buck.
