I have my stuff currently stored there from back when I lived in Portland Oregon

Went in to get a small storage unit and was abler to just walk in and get on e very quickly. Everyone there was very attentive and helped me. Storage unit was clean and was plenty of carts to load. There is no ramp but there is a loading dock you can pull up too.

Used this place to store my stuff for the last 3 years moderately priced non judgemental staff

I just moved into a unit here from one I had in Ridgefield with the same company and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is always kind and helpful and the spaces have high ceilings so you can really fit the most in your unit no matter the square footage. They really makes the grueling process of hauling your stuff around as easy as possible.

Clean, well cared for and maintained facilities. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Super nice people. Reasonably priced, secure, easy to find.

Clean, safe, management was easy to work with.

Only that sucks is the hours are from 8am-5pm and there no access outside those hours

I have been a tenant at this location for over a decade, and I believe this location has been wonderful for many years. Lately, Davis has made my experience even better by his attitude, kindness, and helpfulness. I couldn't have asked for a better storage facility and staff.

Love this place and have used it twice. Unfortunately this time around, because there was no attendant present when I moved out (i guess the attendant works remotely from across the street?), I am being threatened with being charged for another months rent. I moved out a week before the 1st, swept up, took off lock, emailed them a picture of the clean space as requested etc. If they try to charge me I will be contacting my bank to claim fraud as well as filing a claim with the better business bureau. I feel disappointed and angry that they are threatening to take my hard earned money b/c they have some strange remote attendant situation and expect tenants to read sticky notes they put on their office window. I’d like to resolve this and will update effectively. Update: Issue was resolved so I am changing my rating.

Northwest Self Storage was super friendly and accommodating, and the rates were wonderful. I highly recommend bringing your own lock since even the workers there say items they are required to sell are over priced. It's wonderful that you can just come in and move out the day of without notice.

OK not great.

It's ok, just beware of all the homeless coming in and out of here all day. Sometimes the elevator gets stuck, overall a good place in the vicinity of downtown.

This is an adequate place for short term storage. The trade off to the slightly lower prices is that the area and facilities. Slightly sketchy and facilities are in an old building which smells musty so moisture and critters can be a concern.

Great storage options and prices. Zach was extremely helpful with getting set up and everything. The freight elevator is huge and they have a ton of carts which makes loading in/out so much easier.

Lowest price I could find on a unit! Staff is friendly, and overall it worked very well for my two months of use as I found an apartment!

Have had a storage unit with Portland Storage Too for about 10 months. So far it's been fine. Storage units are in good condition, access is easy and convenient. There are plenty of carts and a huge service elevator. I personally have had fine interactions with employees. I wish access was more convenient but based on the area it seems smart that it is locked after hours. Sometimes I feel a little worried about the transient element.
