The woman who works the desk is really awesome. She has a wonderful personality and very professional.

I love the people that run the facility they are friendly, honest, and caring. They keep it as clean as expected for a storage facility. If you see a mess or something out of place they will address the situation as soon as they can. There is one thing I do not like is the fact that they do not have cameras in the hall ways indoors but they do have them on the outside. They do walk the property every night before the office closes to gather up the carts and make sure all outer entry doors are shut. These doors are locking when shut and to re-enter you must have the door code given to you when you purchase a unit as well as your own personal gate code which nobody except you has your gate code. Come check them out for your next place for storage.

The folks here are friendly and accommodating, and the facility is clean. I needed a place to store a travel trailer and I do believe that this location will suit me just fine. Thank you Leslie.......You are a rock star!

Leslie is such a wonderful manager! I’ve been renting at this facility for 10 years on and off and I’ve always had a spectacular experience. She is helpful and informative. She goes above and beyond to make sure her renters are happy.

Hard to find the units some no map, bur the units are a good size and price is also good.

The entire grounds are very well maintained and clean. Moving into my 10 x 10 unit was very easy. The office manager, Leslie, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend the Molalla NW Self Storage facility to all my friends and family.

I got a unit here about a week ago. So far, so good. It was a quick and easy process to get a small storage unit. Didn't have to sign a contact, it's simply month to month. The manager lady was friendly and helpful. She gave me an unexpected discount for the first 3 months, which was a nice surprise. This is the first storage unit I've rented, so I'm not sure if it's customary or not, but I was unaware until midway through signing up that I was responsible for providing my own lock. If you don't have one, they sell them for $15.00.
