very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Derick is awesome he deserves a raise. The grounds/units are well maintained and clean.

Their web page was not working correctly. When I went to the Northwest Self Storage location, Karle more than made up for it. She was friendly, extremely helpful, and such a delight to work with. She answered all my questions that their web page could not answer. She helped me trouble shoot my gate code for over 15 minutes and would not give up until I had a working code. The facility is well maintained and has lots of lighting.

Best unit my family has rented in Oregon. We were giving up on finding a unit with standards. It is clean well maintained gate hours work awesome with my husband and my work schedule and most of all the customer service in the office is the best even when I had internet issues the way I was treated made me happy to store our stuff there I will highly recommend this property. Thanks for great all around service

The manager on-site helped me rent out a unit in about three minutes. They had locks to purchase at the desk, and my unit is very clean! Nice and spacious, good security.

Clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are higher than other facilities but with the high demand you take what's available.

We called them and needed a storage unit and they were able to get us in and taken care of quickly. Their facility is clean well lit at night. Staff is phenomenal to deal with!

Reasonable rates, decent location, friendly staff. Great place to store your stuff. Indoor and outdoor units of various sizes. Coded gate to get into the place, second coded door to get to indoor units. Always clean and safe looking. Definitely recommended for your storage needs.

Super clean, all units are heated, they have all the supplies you need to help you move and pack, and AMAZING customer service!! Emily redeye is so kind and caring, I took my 3yo in and Emily made it really a fun experience for her!! I'd deffintly recommend these units, such easy access no mater what part of town your in and Emily is just the best!!!
