Quick and easy for the whole process. Love the first month being half off that helps! Wish they would have a discount for first responders or military but no.
I spoke to someone very nice on the phone that was extremely helpful. Then the gentleman who runs the actual location contacted me to fup, which I considered above and beyond customer service. Then when I went to the office, he was welcoming, kind, and helpful. Storage unit was clean and easy to access.
The manager is very helpful and informed. I told him what I had to store and he knew exactly the right size unit and told me how to save the most money. Thank you Brady.
They made contract signing and setting up autopay easy. Units are clean, acessible and in excellent shape. They're priced fine. Now if I could just remember the gate code... :)
Nice experience renting space for my vehicle at Northwest in Hood River, OR. Brady the manager was very professional and pleasant to work with. Iv rented storage 2 times there, there really cool people, no issues what so ever, best place to rent a storage, iv always felt stored inventory was comoletly safe there, I plan to rent agaion soon.

Convenient, clean & accomodating
I highly recommend the Hood River location. It's a fantastic location, and the facility is spotless, not to mention, quiet! I was searching for a specific unit size for weeks and Brady was instrumental in helping me secure the unit I was looking for; he really went the extra mile for me. He's professional and a straight shooter. Also, I appreciate being able to interact with the same on-site manager vs. someone new every day. I know if I need anything, Brady would have the answers!
