Found the cheapest deal around for a 5x10 unit online and ended up getting a cheaper price in person! Staff was kind enough to stay the extra time to start a rental even though it was close to closing. He was very helpful.

Great prices! I love the fact my unit is inside! The covered car port is my favorite part! You can just pull right up to the entrance/ elevator to load/unload.

Great facility! Nice and clean environment and I felt very safe leaving my items at this location. The office staff are friendly and helpful, especially Piper! Would absolutely use this location again.

The price is good and it is nice place. The little lady that works there is very friendly and helpful. The only issue i have is the elevator, you must use an entry code every time you enter and you only have 10 seconds and the door closes. I never had time to get belongings into elevator then had to reenter code. If you hold the door open you must reenter the code. When i step outside the elevator to enter the code the door closes before i finish entering code.

Most pleasant storage experience I’ve ever had. Piper was always great and very accommodating. The unit was climate controlled, clean and there was always an ample supply of carts and plenty of parking spaces (included covered) with close access to our entrance. We stored a lot of furniture and household goods for over a year and recently moved them back to MO from OR comforted that they will be in the same condition as when we moved them into the unit. Couldn’t be happier.

Piper has been amazing to work with. Always bright, cheerful and informative. The facility is clean and the climate control is marvelous. I would definitely recommend.

This storage facility is wonderful! It has a secure fence and coded gate to get onto the premise. The covered unloading/loading area is a great bonus in Oregon rain! The facility is pristine and well maintained. The inside is definitely climate controlled, secure, safe and well lit, which makes me feel safe when accessing my unit when I'm alone. The manager Piper is a ray of sunshine every time I call.🌞She even makes you feel good if she has to call to remind you of your payment! Very friendly and professional!

My first time doing business with Northwest self storage. I've been here a couple of months now and have to say this place the cleanest unit I've ever seen. Not to mention the staff has been very helpful with all of my individual needs. Piper is the on site manager and is incredible. She is very professional and helpful. Their move in rated are unmatched and I highly recommend them for needs.

Very good customer service. We were able to take advantage of the 4th of July special. 3 months at half off. The facility is very clean and the climate control works well. Nice and cool inside the building.

This is an exceptionally well-kept facility with easy access units plus a fully covered loading & unloading area - perfect for Oregon weather. Great security and lighting. Customer service was great and friendly too! The local manager, Meagan, that I mostly worked with is a pro in the industry and helped all my business and personal storage needs. I highly recommend Northwest Self Storage and this location. Thank you for the units and service!

The units are clean and well lighted, in fact the whole complex was very clean. Mary Ann the manager at the (Witch Hazel) Hillsboro, Or location was very patient and made sure I knew all the rules. She took me up stairs in the elevator and showed me how to install the lock and made sure I knew my code. Very nice lady. I'm in a electic wheelchair and everything is easy access. I used to buy delinquent storeage units and this by far is one of the nicest complexes I've seen.

Great place to have your car break down.. I mean.. that's why I was there and it recorded me. The lady was nice and wasn't upset as I waited for the tow truck. If I need to store anything, I may definitely try here... sorry my review isn't useful.

The manager is really nice. If you call, make sure you get to the actual location. The general call center doesn't know much and will often times misdirect you.

I chose to view my reservation online, and within a couple of hours I got a call. The lady I talked to was extraordinarily friendly very nice and had a awesome since of humor. I got in 5:30 that evening at half hour before they were to close. She helped me get my paperwork and everything done and finish quickly so I was able to get my stuff loaded into my storage unit. She was a wonderful customer service rep! The storage facility is clean dry and warm. I feel confident in the security of my items in the storage unit. I highly recommend this place!

Nice Facility The representative was very helpful and answered my questions. Very clean and easy to access my storage room. Seems very secure.

Priced right and clean The only thing that could a downside to this facility is that it is in Hillsboro. This is convenient if you live on the west side of Portland not so much if you don't. Other than that it's an excellent facility.

Overall good clean, safe, and good customer service. I did not like the fact that there was poor communication about how insurance worked. They should have said Insurance is not an option, bring your home owner's insurance or you will have to use the one that we offer. Should have informed about what types of locks they use. I brought my old version. I like the ones they have better, but still having a heads up is nice.

Very clean and quick elevator service I was pleased with the amount of equipment there was to use in order to get my belongings into the unit. Also, the gentlemen that helped with all the paperwork and the female I spoke with to book the unit were both extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend this to ANYONE. Pricing is also very fair.

Worked hard to make our experience excellent! When I arrived, my reservation had "expired", and all the size units that I needed were gone. Fortunately the manager did everything she could to help me out, giving me a bigger unit for the same price which was awesome! Be warned, if you make online reservations they MAY EXPIRE. I had called and confirmed with an employee that I was okay, and they indicated I was, but then when I arrived I wasn't. Fortunately, they acted in good faith, and made everything right.

Sweet New Storage This is a really sweet new storage place, certainly one of the nicest I've used. Very secure, clean, and has a nice roomy elevator for loading massive carts of stuff. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they offered amazing move in discounts. I'm really pleased with Northwest Self Storage.

Brand new facility This used to be Skate World and now it's my brand new storage unit. It's so new, clean and nice. Great covered loading area and Marianne is wonderful!

It was the best experience I've had getting storage. It's clean and secure and Maryanne at the office is so helpful and quick. If it wasn't for Maryanne I don't think it would have been such a pleasant situation getting storage.

New, well-designed facility Loved that the facility was new and was well-designed to take care of fire emergencies which I'm sensitive to since my last storage unit burned down. The facility was clean and temperature controlled and the staff was friendly and had good hours.
