Linda, the manager, was a huge help in getting me set up. She was very professional, answered ALL my questions, but most of all was very patient.

Linda is the best to work with! She was extremely hospitable, treating me like a friendly neighbor would. I felt like the storage process was going to be a huge hassle but she took me under her wing and made it seem effortless! I wish all my errands were this easy. The process is very easy, from deciding on the correct size storage unit to pick, to confirming access codes and payments. Customer service representative was very informed and helpful

We were inbetween moving from one place to another and on line we came accrose Northwest self storage. The website was user friendly and it was very easy to see what we needed. My reservation was done fast with no problems. We were pleased with the professional, prompt service. Definitely two thumbs! 👍👍😀

The woman running this storage facility, I apologize I don't remember her name, is so kind and knowledgeable. Everytime I've called she has been able to answer all of my questions. Sadly we are moving and she has been so helpful and is working with us since we live out of state. This place has been amazing to us!

The key pad for the gate to get out is in a hard place. But other then that inconvenience there has been no problems with it

Have used 3 different lockers over the last 4 years. Office staff are always helpful and considerate. If I had a problem with anything, they took care of it in a timely manner. Facilities are always clean and well kept up.

Convient friendly secure storage i am not a customer here persay, im a mover and have loaded and unloaded many units here have never had any issues. Not sure pricing but my customers seem to choose here often so there ya are. :-)

Storage is rather expensive here. The aisles are really narrow -- I'd advise against trying to bring a moving truck through here. We have a 22' F-450 dually and that's probably as large as you'd want to go.
