What an excellent experience. My roommate and I recently were affected by the world around us, and had to leave our apartment in search of a cheaper place. I needed somewhere to store my things for a month or two, and that’s how I met Meagan, the manager at Division Nw Self storage. Some times I find it hard to remember there are still good people in the world after everything, but talk about caring and compassionate of my situation. She worked with us as we were staying in a motel with our payment. She was flexible when we moved out for meeting our needs while still doing her job, and went far beyond what is required to do for a customer. I recommend this storage to any one looking. You’re just truly not going to find a more compassionate storage manager and location that is HUGE with many storage options available. 10 stars is the true rating for NW Self Storage!

They have all been very nice and the facility is well-kept and clean.

Meagan went above and beyond helping getting through this very stressful time in my moving process..I’m selling my house and that’s so intimidating yet she walk through all the rules and wonderful security measures! I will be telling everyone I know about this storage facility and Meagan!!!

Kinda spendy; a bit shady, but I’ve not had any problems. Secure gates and limited access (hours) actually provides a safer environment than nearby competitors. Definitely worth checking out.

I've had a storage here for 2 years now. Never had a problem. And Megan the on site manager is very kind and helpful. Reasonably priced too.

I chose this storage facility because of their prior work with my Son's PTA. Thomas was wonderfully helpful and humorous as we set up a storage unit for my Dad's possessions as we transition him to Assisted Living. If you haven't had a chance to work with Thomas on solutions for your storage needs, then you have been missing out!

These are the best facilities! I’ve never had an issue... unlike some other facilities I’ve rented from. I’m on my 5th unit from NW- I’ll never use another facility again!

Stellar service! I had a unit for a few months while moving and staying with family. When I had taken everything out, they reached out to see if I still needed the unit, and were able to cancel it for me as I hadn't gotten a chance to yet. 5 stars, I'll be back if I ever need a unit again!

A little Pricey, fair market pricing though. Friendly and helpful staff. Units are decent but doors show wear and the sliding pin on door had been cut about half way in a few spots. Made me nervous. Got locked out at 845pm when i was told the gate code works tell 9pm....that was not teue that night. Hence the 4 stars and not 5.

When I went to NW Storage, Megan at the front desk went above and beyond navigating me through the paperwork. She was extremely professional, patient and clear in the details of the transaction. The next time I need storage NW Storage is the first place I'll check for availability due to the wonderful customer service. Thank you Megan.

We have been storing our entire household in a large unit for the last 6 months. Megan is the manager on site , she and her staff have been very professional and kind. The monthly fee is reasonable and competative with the area. The property is clean and tidy. I have had no issues or complaints. Good service, secure storage, good nieborhood, no U Haul trucks anywhere this day, I just muscled it and saved my buddy some dollars!

The property is clean and the prices are reasonable, but what makes this place a great place to store your stuff is the property manager. Megan genuinely wants to make your experience there the best. If you're looking for a place to store some stuff... give her a call and she'll take care of you.
