I just love Northwest self storage on highway 99 Melanie is one of the best storage renters that I have ever encountered I've been renting my units from this place for 25 years and she has been nothing but kind and friendly . She's been more than helpful every time. she reuns that facility so well that I have told my friends and now they rent their units from there as well. I really can't say enugh about Melanie , shes top notch and a pleasure to do business with. Northwest self storage on highway 99 is clean and secure I feel safe with my stuff here and the staff is great too.

The location at 599 Hwy 99 N is a great location especially because it's not directly out in the open. The owner of the place is very kind and friendly and seems very trustworthy as well. I initially reserved online and she kept the same price when I paid in person. She also helped me in finding my unit and filling out the paperwork. Overall, a great experience!

Melanie at the 599 Pacific Hwy location is wonderful. I’ve been there for over 5 years and can’t imagine renting anywhere else. She provides exceptional service, clearly and promptly answers questions or concerns and treats we renters with respect. I’d give them more stars if I could.

I like this storage. The staff was awesome. The only thing is Google doesn't take you there. It makes you go in circles. You need to turn right before Rivas taco restaurant and go all the way to the back. In-between the dollar general and Rivas taco restaurant towards the back.

I did my research before choosing this location. They have the most and best reviews. I am an Allstate insurance agent and in the process of moving. I was looking for a place with great reviews and security to store some belongings. Melanie , the nice lady in the front office, was the kindest women I have met in awhile! We laughed and talked, she was super helpful with my questions. I love knowing my belongings will be in this facility.

Very secure especially for the neighborhood. Make sure you pay your bill on the 1st or you'll be locked out till paid. Late fee on 10th. Management definitely knows who goes in and out and is proactive about security which is good even if it's annoying. Look for on line specials. You can sometimes find half off first three months deals!

Last November I had to travel to Oregon from Southern California to deal with the unexpected death of my brother who lived in Eugene. While trying to clean out his apartment under severe time constraints, we realized that a storage unit was necessary. This site was recommended to us by someone who had previously rented a unit there. Melanie Brazil was the lady who helped us with the rental process. Knowing the circumstances for our need to rent a unit, she was so kind and helpful, making the paperwork as easy as possible. Once back in California, I had to contact her several times and every time Melanie remembered me and my situation. Having to deal with things long distance could have been difficult but Melanie made everything so effortless. I would highly recommend using this site because of her alone. But the location is also well kept and very clean. Thanks Melanie!

I have rented from Melanie for several years and she has always been very professional and kind and she definitely is a communicater which is important for this kind of work. I know she deals with a lot of personalities and at times deals with alot of BS but she handles it well. I alway recommend her facility to family and friends.

So far my dealings with NW Storage has turned out very well. They were a pleasure to work with in setting everything up. When a miss understanding occurred they quickly corrected things and made sure all was good. I am hopeful that this business situation will continue to work well.

The rental process was easy! There was an online deal that didn't work, but we called the location and they sorted this out the same day with no difficulty. The facility and the unit were in good condition and I am confident that we will have a good experience going forward. The location manager was friendly and helpful, I also feel confident that should we ever have an issue she will be available to take care of us.

Having been displaced by the 11/08/18 deadly N. California wildfire, we moved north and needed storage until we could settle in and re-establish our lives. Melanie, the resident on site manager made us feel welcomed and assured us what remained of our things would be safe here. Under the circumstances of our tragedy, her understanding and friendly helpfulness made our transition to Eugene easier on us emotionally. I highly recommend this location and manager.

This place is great! While not the cheapest option, the place is very secure and the staff are amazing. The locks they sell are sturdy and can only be grinded off, ensuring safety. The hours are great and they actually answer their emails.

To be fair, I came to Melanie when I was at a very low place, my mother passed away & I found out she had left a storage unit & no will. Melanie is one tough but fair cookie, informative & understanding. I had legal hoops to jump through & her patience was impeccable. I couldn't have asked for a better manager to work with.
