Storage Units at 3550 W 11th Ave in Eugene, OR 97402

Think I'm in love I would like to say in regards to the 599 state hwy location, how nice it is to be able to actually deal with a person, even though there is the option of the website which has some decent use. There's just always going to be things, questions, information, particulars that no computer will have the right answer for at that moment, and how nice and helpful Melanie was and she is a joy, she has worked with me on a couple of occasions and even just with the ability to communicate she has also been fair when it came to a couple things I had been doing and or what's expected of me. Also, rather then just throwing additional fees around, she at least gave me an opportunity to resolve and issue, and literally she is the #1 and only reason, that while I just made my last payment and am downsizing to a smaller unit, she is the d only reason that instead of spending $9 less on a cheaper and slightly bigger unit then the 5×10 I am choosing to stay with and transfer my things to a smaller unit at NW self storage, same location, she also spent an extra $ considering what my options could be, or a way that I potentially don't spend more then is fair and necessary as far as how that transfer will go since I just paid both my current storage and the same day paid like a first month at the smaller unit I will be moving my things to. To be clear, I had a reservation at another place for an 8×10 so a little bigger size, and for $9-$12 cheaper per month, and I am only choosing to stay at NW self storage location because of the experiences I have had with her up until this point. Plus, she is easy on the eyes. Thanks👍she has helped again since then,To accommodate with a closer unit which was going to help in several ways In this particular case, so that was great of her to take an Xtra moment beyond what's required amd necessary and even in thr situation if us having moment of us playing phone/email tag even when I was the one at fault for the missed reply about another question I had being concerned about with my upcoming move and getting my other storage even then she found and offered me another way and just the option of how I wanted to handle it which is a great thing, even if one choice is better or worse, or less convenient than another, price or whatever the reason could be, just being offered a solution and a choice builds a lot of good feelings in a company and the person and a lot of faith.

Melanie is the most amazing person. Very professional, kind and always greets you with a smile.

The staff here is amazing, even if a few of the other storage unit renters are a bit sketchy and rude. I'd change my rating to 5 stars if they could some how eliminate the scary and just plain obstinate and entitled acting tenants that one encounters at this facility.

The people at Northwest storage have been very helpful and very accommodating on my storage unit and any problems I may have doing anything there and it's very clean it's very nice and they're very personable and they go above and beyond Chris especially Chris Rossi he went above and beyond to help me make sure that my storage unit didn't get auctioned off and I really appreciate that so yes I really like the service I get thank you

The only place around that had the size of storage unit I needed available when we had to move our non-damaged belongings out quickly after a fire. Austin was so helpful and always available to answer questions as needed. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone needing a convenient and clean storage facility.

The folks at the Northwest Self Storage at 3550 West 11th in Eugene have been awesome. They worked with me to make sure I had access when I was under a deadline to move and my code wasn't working. Greg, the manager is great. Definitely learned a lot about the storage business during the last few years. If you can avoid it, don't use storage, and always read the fine print on your insurance agreement.

Super easy and smooth to rent a unit. I did everything online even the paper signing. They called me very quickly after receiving the forms to tell me my unit number and gate code and that was it. The actual facility is a little tricky to get into from the road if your driving a moving truck but otherwise great facility and great employees.

Gregory Gomez is real respectful. He has real good work ethics. Enjoyed talking with him.

Had an issue where some folks broke into my unit. Greg took care of it and was accommodating and kind the whole time. Great place to store your things.

Best people in the business!

This place was great to store my stuff short term. Greg was very personable and i felt my stuff was very safe under his watch. They were constantly surprising me by driving around at random times when I was showing up to grab something from my unit. I suppose the few folks that are daily commuter's to their units would deter some people, but that's something you'll find at any location. And frankly, I'm glad i chose this one because of its convenience and the feeling of safety.

I have rented many storage units, and this is by far the best one yet. The staff are always in a good mood and are always willing to help with any questions you may have. If you need a storage facility to rent. I hIghly recommend this one. A+

Worth the cash

The new manager there is awesome! I can't remember his first name but his last name is Gomez. They just got a new gate code system but I hadn't gone into the office yet to get my code. I was in desperate need of something out of their for our camping trip this weekend and went around 7:30 last night. The office closed at 6pm but I thought I was so lucky when I was able to drive in when someone was leaving (not thinking I'd need a code to get out). I went and got my box out of my unit and realized I was stuck in the complex because I didn't have a code to get out (silly me). After about 20 mins the new manager and his wife drove in. He OPENED THE OFFICE 2 HOURS AFTER CLOSING, got my gate code for the future, and let me out. Best customer service!

Northwest Self Storage really came through for me during a very stressful move. The people who work there were both understanding and accommodating to our needs. Will definitely rent another unit from them in the future...if the need arises.

Quick, easy, and inexpensive! I reserved a spot online and then showed up later that day filled out the paperwork and filled up my unit all within 1.5 hrs. The other nice thing was that I was prorated on the locker and in between places so I only needed it that month so I didn't have to pay for more then what I needed !!

Easy move in Simple move in, there is no exterior gate though just a sign-in podium. If you're super paranoid this is probably not the place for you, but the on-site manager is super chill.
