We arrived to our unseen RV storage facility space for our travel trailer on Sunday and it started out a bit rocky. We sent an email and let them know our situation and let them know we would be back today to discuss it. When we arrived, Chris Rossi, Property Manager was there to assist us and problem solve to our satisfaction. He was professional and apologized for the rocky start and assured us that he is there to help by giving me a way to contact him directly. We sincerely appreciate his customer service. Chris r is the property manager, he is always in a great mood and always so kind and helpful! He is my favorite employee at this location and is the reason I chose to stay with NW storage as opposed to re locating to a different company.

I have been using Northwest Self Storage for approximately 7 months or so and have 0 complaints. Not only did they have after hrs customer support who got me a unit after normal business hrs but the price for my size of unit was the best deal around. The grounds are clean and staff is attentive and friendly. Especially Chris R I believe is his name. The property manager. Very kind and patient and willing to work with you as much as possible. I have and will continue to refer them to anyone looking for somewhere safe to store there belongings. Thanks Chris and all other staff at Northwest Self Storage you guys are great.

Amazing visuals

Wow! I am renting a 12' x 26' (which by the way has about a 12 ft ceiling!) and am delighted with the cleanliness, the good maintenance of the unit (no stains, holes, etc.), the awesome access hours (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 7 days a week), and last but not least the fact that the manager, Chris, is delightful to deal with. Couldn't ask for more!

I'm so happy to use this fine storage facility...again...I rented in past (from A-Attic) I was sooo pleased to have the help of Chris R. He listened very ...patiently...to my storage needs, made !Xcellent! suggestions, and showed me options!!! He is so knowledgeable about this facility, and this businness. He was extremely helpful...even anticipating what could work for my situation..., to match all that I hoped for. He is professional and also very attuned to people's and their needs. I haven’t been there yet, as I just rented a storage unit two days ago. But the person who took me through the rental process was courteous and professional.

It's ok. Kinda tight maneuvering around with vehicles. My unit was super clean, doesn't a little hall. I think ALL there units are on ground level too. They have huge garages, and little storage too. They store rvs and cars. Old looking place but clean.

The prices are awesome and I got the first month free on the unit I got. I couldn't be happier to have my garage space back to work on my vehicles.

Affordable and clean.

I chose this location because it was conveniently located. Left because they raised their rates and it was not cost effective to continue to pay that amount for such a small unit. The unit was clean- a little difficult to maneuver a truck to load/unload stuff and the woman behind the desk always seamed as if she wished she could be anywhere but there. But they provide what they state so 4 stars it is

I needed a small storage space for a few months at most, went online to find my local Northwest Self Storage business close by. My income is small and fixed as a senior so I was bargain conscious. As I spoke with the agent I was told that their sister office had a unit several dollars less than the price she had quoted me earlier. I rented that unit, am very satisfied with both the courteous way I was treated and with the clean secure cubicle they assigned to me.

So easy! Was able to book it online, then got a call from Austin and were able to take our things to the storage unit on Sunday. They even had a lock we could purchase.

Online reservation process was very easy to navigate and immediately responsive. Information was clear and consistent. I had one question, called the online number and the staff was wonderfully helpful!

This place is ok i suppose. The sliding doors on the larger units are a strange design and hard to drag open.. but u know what really drives me nuts? whats with the speed bumps at the entrance? If you've ever driven a uhaul or pulled a trailer full of somewhat delicate belongings that may or may not be secured or cusioned all that well due to limited funds/time/help/brains/etc.. then you know EXACTLY how stressful and frustrating and risky going over speed bumps are.. not to mention if someone really wanted to somehow race through the confined space that is the entrance to this place, those speed bumps won't do nearly as much to slow them down as the immediate hard left on the inside or the fence line on the outside. However I'll bet those bumps are the single reason for countless broken keepsakes and glass entertainment center doors. Speed bumps at a storage unit.. who does that? Apparently they do.

Some pretty awesome ppl and customer service

I have rented space at this location twice in the last two years. Both times the staff has been very helpful with choosing the correct size of unit as well as efficient with setting up paperwork and billing. My most recent experience was with Nathaniel - he was easy to work with around logistics issues as my kids are not returning to UO. I would 100% recommend this team and location. It is easy to get in and out of and is near the airport.

Good sized storage and unlike other storage places around town the management seems to leave you alone and not follow you around harrSsing you. It's got decent hours as you can access your unit till 9pm not sure what time it opens but before I usually get up if bet.

Rented off and here since 2002 and has always been my first choice to others.

I called the number and ended up with customer service. They found the exact type unit that I needed... and it was the last one available. I prepaid and then went in person to the storage facility. Even though it was very busy, manager at the facility was able to help me. It was very quick I just signed papers and a receipt. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. It was a great experience.

Ron and Roxxi went above and beyond with Excellent customer service. My first time moving my daughter from an NCU dorm to storage and I was quite frazzled after the hustle from NorCal. They stayed open OVER AN HOUR AFTER CLOSING just for me. I cant thank them enough for their kindness, sacrifice and helpfulness. I am so grateful for them. Plus the prices cant be beat. Ron and his staff are the most friendly and fantastic people that I have meet in a long time. I have dealt with moving and storage complanies several times over the years and these guys are by far the best. We paid for a year in advance, got our stuff out early and received our refund within four days! There isn’t enough good things that I can say without rambling on! Thank you Ron for everything and for taking great care of our valuables!

Owners are incredibly nice & our things (3bed,3bath house in storage) were all in good shape and no spiders, mice, etc. I realize that the area can be somewhat of a turn off, but trust me - this is the only place we'll ever use for storage again!

Ive been storing here for a while and have forgotten to pay on the 1st a few times and they have never charged me extra. Recommend them.

Owners are super friendly and helpful. Also, I know its the nature of the business at times, but didn't like the group of "vultures" standing around waiting to bid on past due units. Possibly host these when place isn't open to customers?

I had a pleasant conversation with Melanie on the phone, and she quoted me competitively and offered me a move-in promotion to boot! I was greeted with a warm smile and a can-do attitude from Melanie, the Manager, and she helped to secure me a unit, same day, and made the entire process quite pleasant! Moving is generally stressful, and the clean, professional, and secure location helped put my mind at ease while Melanie expedited a quick, clear contract, explained the details to me clearly, concisely, and professionally. The whole process (including unloading) took less than 3 hours. I highly recommend these kind folks for anything you need to store!

Easy to reserve and a truck to use! The lady from sparefoot that helped me out found a couple of different storage facilities that fit my needs. The facility that I finally chose also had a truck available for use for only $20 ($100) deposit.

Not real pretty units & they have active pest control, ok 4 budget short term, dry storage. Managers on site very watchful. They gave me a better deal on larger unit than I had reserved, with lighting that met my needs better. Just need summer storage and room for small boat on trailer. Managing couple are kind and clearly seasoned in the business.

Great summer storage option for college students Very straightforward process to obtain summer storage. We liked the availability of climate-controlled units, the secure location and the very nice office staff.

Superior customer service I booked online and received a confirmation call from Roxy the same day. She and her husband Ron are so friendly, helpful and professional; they made moving in a wonderful experience. Ron opened the big gate on Hwy 99 so my moving truck could have the easiest ability to maneuver to my unit. He also patrols the grounds regularly to maintain good security.

Exceptional customer service I was able to coordinate getting our cross-country moving trailer dropped off at the storage unit to be unloaded. Ron waited with me for the truck to arrive and opened one of the larger gates to make the driver's access to the facility easier. He also provided the driver a business card so they could call and coordinate the pick-up of the trailer with him directly - saving me a trip to the facility. While waiting for our movers hired to unload the trailer, Ron brought us a hand cart to make the work a little easier. He even brought a couple of treats and some water for our dog that had to wait in the car during the ordeal. Cannot thank Ron and Roxy enough for making the process so painless for us all!

Responsible management at Attic Storage Attic Storage In Eugene Oregon, is run By Roxie and Ron Roy. The storage facility is watchfully maintained by the Roys, who do all they can to make the place orderly, safe, and welcoming. When I first moved here they were exceptionally responsible and patient with me. Their good work and professionalism helped me deal with a difficult move. Top-notch security with AMAZING service! I am beyond pleased with the service I received at Attic Storage. The managers, Ron and Roxy, are unbelievable! They were very accommodating, kind, and easy to work with. I knew that my belongings would be secure in their facility for several reasons: First of all, the entire facility is enclosed and is only accessible via a locked gate where renters can enter their own access code for entry. Secondly, Ron and Roxy seem to be very vigilant in running a secure operation -- I received two phone calls regarding my unit while I rented there. The first of the calls was to get my authorization to let a friend of mine gain access to my unit (I had given my friend permission, but Ron wanted to make absolutely sure before he allowed her in). A few weeks later, Roxy called to let me know that I hadn't secured the lock to my unit properly (less than an hour after leaving the property). Ron and Roxy's vigilance and communication were very unexpected and refreshing and helped to put my mind at ease. I am usually not the type to give "5 Stars" across the board when reviewing my experiences as I like to be thorough and want to provide an honest review for other consumers. This case was an exception because I truly could not find anything negative in my experience with Attic Storage. The only potential downfall I can think of is the location of the property. Attic may be a little out of the way, but it is certainly worth the trip -- I am confident in saying that Ron and Roxy will go the extra mile for you (as cheesy as it sounds, it's true)!

Great customer service from people who care I found the location online and went to look in person. Ron took me a tour of the location showing me the different sizes and arrangements of the units. He and his wife shared their experience in the industry and how they were applying it to this location. He also explained humorously about the security arrangements which actually made me feel better about choosing them for my storage needs.

Very helpful Ron and his wife I think? were very helpful. Ron walked me through the procedure and made sure I got everything right, the place was kept clean and good to know that the police come on random occasions to have canine training there.
