This is Absolutely 💯 percent the best storage facility and I've rented from many prior to this. The manager was very helpful, friendly, and always goes above what you might expect from a storage facility. I highly recommend this place!! Also I have had zero issues with security or with people roaming the property which I have seen at many other places these days. I'm sure you will be glad you rented from them!!

Everything about using Northwest Self Storage has been a plus experience. The grounds are always clean as well as the vacant units. The employees are respectful and courteous. I must say a special word concerning the manager who goes above and beyond to give her customers a great experience.

I've never had such a good experience EVER! I've had my unit for almost 2 years with zero issues. The management (Janette) is so kind and always helpful with what ever you need. The upkeep of the area is well kept as well. If your looking for a safe place to store you belongings I'd recommend NW Self Storage in Clackamas.

Jeannette went above & beyond to help us out of an unfortunate situation. Truly, above & beyond. My family member had accidentally rented a unit in another state when she was planning to move here to Oregon. She'd been paying for a few months already but we didn't even know where this accidental unit was. I have no clue how that happened but I left the property Friday evening, resigned to sort it out the following morning. Jeannette called after we left to let us know she couldn't get the unfortunate situation out of her mind and was making calls, trying to find the unit. Sure enough, that night I received a call from the accidental location. Jeannette had tracked it down! She then also followed up herself, to make sure we'd heard from them. Then she got us set up right here where we needed to be all along!

Michael was a pleasure to work with. The facility is clean, well kept and secure. The starting process to get into a storage unit was fast and easy. Everything was explained in detail and setup was quick.

I absolutely love this location, I haven't had anything negative happen and I have been storing there for 6 months. I would say that I am there about twice a week.

Great location! I had to put my stuff into storage for just over a year, and was able to set up automatic payments to keep my stuff. Very easy and accommodating. I loved it!

Carolyn worked with us to find a storage space. She took all the time to patiently listen to, and then suggest a variety of perfect storage units for our needs. We selected one and she voluntarily gave us the website discount, though I don't recall either my wife or myself mentioning (or even knowing) about the discount. After an initial partial move, we thought we would need another storage space and rented one, but the movers later assured us that it would probably all fit into the largest unit, so we gave it a try - and they succeeded! To our surprise and gratitude, Carolyn proactively applied the remainder of the rent from the unit that we didn't need, to the rental for the storage space that we kept. We know from experience with other storage companies, that was not a standard practice that the majority of the storage industry follows - but Carolyn had the discretion, the authority and the good heart to give us every opportunity to save money. Also, the storage units were superb, and we are very happy with all aspects of NW Self Storage - Especially Carolyn!!

This is my best experian in renting storage unit. NW storage on Hwy 212 meets all my expectation. their storages are clean and safe. convinient access. Ray, the manage is awesome. Great place to store decent prices

A wide variety of unit sizes and good prices. If you book online you get 3 months half price. The office staff is nice and helpful. The place is clean and very secure.

These guys were excellent with our last minute scheduling, and they were also very patient when we had to push the time back due to slow traveling. They were fast, efficient, and polite. We will be hiring them again to move from storage to our home. Great pricing, too!!
