Northwest Self Storage - Storage Units on 317 SW Columbia Street

Great customer service, well run and maintained. We've rented a lot of storage units and this was by far the best! They were very accommodating and the facility felt nice and secure and we had not problem with the winter conditions or water intrusion.

Excellent place to use for storage! No problems with gate and was very secure. Snow removal was always timely and we had no leaks or problems with our space. They even have space for RV's and autos. The staff were friendly and easy to work with. We were moving and the lease contract was easy to navigate. They made things easy for us. Highly recommend.

Works for what we need and fairly priced!

Really happy with our experience here; convenient location on West side and the Manager went out of her way to help meet our exact needs when the location of the unit we chose online, did not work for us. The office has a varied schedule which is normal for a storage place, but was very responsive if we left a VM. They were a lifesaver for us at a critical time. Highly recommend!

I was having trouble finding a facility that had vacancy , but when I called NWSS Bend on Columbia, they were very friendly and incredibly helpful, they located the exact size space I needed and helped me through the entire leasing process , what a great experience.

Storage facility itself is nice, well maintained and conveniently located. Prices are comparable to any other facility. Main challenge I’ve seen is that they have not had anyone at the office on Saturdays, even tho they advertise open office hours. Understand that staffing shortages or flu/Covid is likely impacting them, but should post this on the website or office door. Thank you!

My manager was weird but braylee came from another location and literally saved the day and went above and beyond I expected a smooth transition once paying online but it got really rough while left unanswered for hours while waiting to get my unit in person and when she came from another location I knew I found the good one

When I contacted Northwest Self Storage, I spoke with Steve, who was great! I put my name on a waitlist for a storage unit, and, as soon as one became available, Steve contacted me right away. I appreciated his prompt response and his great customer service!

We are moving back to Bend after a 20 year absence, and we needed long term storage. After searching the internet, and reading reviews, we settled on Northwest Storage. The units on Columbia Street are the closest to our new home so we called that location. That’s how we met Steve. We made the right choice!!!! Steve was very helpful and a delight to work with. While no units in our decided size were available, Steve kept in touch and as we were about to leave from Florida, he called to let us know he had a unit for us. He quickly handled all the details over the phone. Our move is going so much better knowing we have a much needed storage unit waiting for. The entire process was very smooth, and Steve knew exactly what he was doing. I could not be more happy with how the entire process played out. I was moving in from out of state. Lane was very accommodating and more than helpful. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the very gracious man that was working upon my arrival but I will remember how helpful he was. My call directed me to an enthusiastic c.rep that researched quickly available locations and units, took my information, and clearly confirmed my rental agreement. At the storage unit office the manager immediately and correctly assumed I was Larry then completed the final processing. This was an outstanding all around customer service experience.
