Easy, secure access. Unit was clean on arrival and the property was clean every time I visited. The manager was responsive and professional in all my interactions. Marked down because the website says "reserve" but there is no "reservation" for some future date--only "book now, pay now" which is not clear until you are into the "reservation" process. I don't object to the policy, but I do object to obfuscating that fact.

Monse and Northwest Storage are amazing. I've dealt with many storage unit companies, but Monse runs a tight ship that makes everything easier. She is a great communicator, is patient and will make sure you are happy with your experience. Would 10/10 recommend to all considering reaching out!

The staff was very helpful, always cheerful. Mt daughter just moved here from CO. and she needed a storage unit for just a couple of months and they were so helpful. They helped me determine the correct size of unit we would need and went the extra mile to help my daughter get her the unit when she arrived and even swept it out even though it was already clean. I would defiantly refer them to anyone and will be coming back if we ever need a unit in the future.

Best storage place in town the safest and best insured. We had looked for weeks before a spit opened here and the woman in the office reached out right away. We had this storage for 2 years until yesterday. The only reason we left was because most of what we were storing was baby stuff and nothing really important. We aren’t having anymore kids so we’re getting rid of everything. There’s no need for us to occupy the space anymore. They were very sweet and understanding the entire time we stored with them. Our departure with them yesterday they were even sweet and our door had unrolled and they were even nice about that didn’t make us feel at fault and I highly recommend northwest self storage. It’s always clean the portapotty has never been out of toilet paper they are on top of it all!

I made my reservation online. I felt somewhat confused by the end of the reservation but was at is when I called the number that was sent to me via text after I made my reservation. The operator was pleasant and knowledgeable. I kept looking for the scam to come out, but it was completely legit. I got my first month free. When I got to the storage complex Monse was very pleasant, helpful, and positive. It really makes a difference, especially these days.

Love this storage facility. Manager Tracy has worked very hard to fit my special needs for my RV. This place is clean, secure and service oriented. Bravo

Cindy was extremely helpful and very personable. She made renting a unit a breeze! Highly recommend calling her if your looking to store anything.

Staff is never there when I show up. Even when I arrive within business hours, they’re closed. I wasn’t able to move in for a week after I reserved and paid online, because there was never staff there to finalize my unit. A month later, still no one there to take my payment, so I’m locked out of my unit. Horrible experience so far, and I’m moving my things out as soon as I can actually get ahold of an employee. PS. Im aware that everyone is short handed right now, but maybe change your hours. **edit** Staff noticed my previously poor review, and they reached out to me, offering me a free month of rent for the inconveniences. I’m broke, so of course I’m staying for another month. We’ll see how things improve going forward. Other than the customer service I’ve mentioned, it’s an average storage facility with average sizes and prices.

She was helping assist my son Nicholas rhorer and I Sandra Ruggles acquire a bigger unit. She also Assisted ys in a uhaul truck So making our move easier. I’ve been with Northwest self storage since 2012!! I’m blessed to be there!! I have come close to losing my place there a couple times during my difficult life. Cindy has made it so memorable is why I continue to give you my business and send business your way. Her pleasantries, attitude, her enthusiasm, and her knowledge Of the process and paperwork made our visit exceptional. She is just amazing all the way around. My hats off to her she needs a raise. Your need more people like Cindy for customer service.

Older units in town, but priced right. Always clean campus and everything onsite is in working order. Cindy up front will take care of anything you need with a smile always. That’s why I still come in person monthly to pay instead of online. Thanks for your services ;) great place to keep some summer gear in the winter.

Cindy, the manager at the 3rd Street location in Bend is outstanding. She goes above and beyond for all clients, remembers names, and exercises excellent communication and follow through skills . This is the second location I've used in Oregon, and I'm very happy with the company.

Had to stop by here because of an issue I was having with my uhaul truck. Cindy was super helpful with contacting the people I needed to help with this issue, and was super nice and awesome to let my cat inside for a bit so she wouldn't overheat in the truck.

I used this business back in 2015. I really liked my space, management, paying online, & the location was convenient to me. I also like the security used at this facility. Today I rented the same size of space. I’m very pleased to be a returning customer!
