BANKS, Oregon Location,Oregon Heidi the gal that runs the place has always gone above and beyond for us!!! Her customer service skills and compassion has made a huge impact on my life!!! She has created a space where anyone can come in and not help but to like her! There are other locations that are less expensive, but I will stick with Banks Nw Self storage and heidi

I was very pleased with the service I received from NW Storage in Banks. Heidi was absolutely wonderful to work with, she went out of her way to find a good storage unit for us. All paperwork and transactions were easy to do. Highly recommended!

Service is off the charts! Teresa is a rock star - professional, knowledgeable and energetic! My unit was clean and ready for move-in...loved having the dolly and cart to help get the many boxes to my unit! This place is a 10!!!

I find the manager always present at her desk when I come in the office. Outgoing and greets me with a smile. Great office manager.
