We sold our house in Hope and were going to be in a pinch but Dennis kept answering our Prayers and some units opened up just in time! The units are very clean and the storage yard is totally secure! Highly recommend these guys if you need storage! Give them a call and talk to Dennis, he is the Man!

We ended up using three different storage facilities around northern Idaho due to limited supply. Northwest was far and away the best facility. I had no doubt that my stuff was safe from nefarious people and the elements here. Dennis was awesome too. Aside from the general pleasantness of chatting with him, he was nice enough to check on the car I had in his back lot after a storm and give me a call when my cover was blown off. If you have stuff to store in or around the Sandpoint area, I highly recommended Dennis and his facility.

The facility and Facility Manager at the Sandpoint location is excellent! The areas storage facilities are all full. I was put on a waiting list and contacted when a unit became available. The Facility Manager was clear and professional when explaining the policies of NW Storage and the facility itself looked very secure with coded entry and around the clock video surveillance. After my misunderstanding over billing, the facility manager promptly contacted me and cleared it up. I would recommend the Sandpoint (Ponderay) location. Thanks D! NH

Great location, easy transactions and I feel like security is right there if any problems occur. They even called me shortly after I left to let me know I accidently left something outside and they were holding it for me instead of leaving it outside. Im glad we use Northwest Self storage for our storage needs. I would not go anywhere else!

After having used this storage facility for Years without a complaint, the new owners are changing the rules. I chose this facility because of the included extras, We can no longer use the power here without being charged $20 a month, even just to check air in tires or clean one of my vehicles ( I have several stored here), the price will not be changing to reflect this. Now, as of the beginning of July, the gate will not be accessible 24/7, but have 7am to 10pm hours. I was checking on things before the work day, or when driving home late at night. That is no longer possible. There has not been crime to reflect this added measure. The price will not be changed to reflect this inconvenience either. While the staff is still wonderful, The new owners are slowly removing every reason to choose these units over any others in town, without lowering the price to reflect the new big city style policies. This town is growing, but not that big yet. Go elsewhere for your storage needs, you will now be able to find the same style units and policies, for less money, and be happier.

Had a storage unit here for years and the family-like service has always been wonderful. The only complaint I had was that my storage unit somehow had water getting inside and damaged some important artwork I had stored here. Other than that, a wonderful and secure facility to store the things you have no place for at home.

I deal with these guys on an annual basis and I highly recommend their storage services as well as their truck rental services in the manager or the desk worker Dennis has been nothing but hands down help me out anyway he possibly could.

I had to return a 26 foot Penske Moving truck here. They were friendly and got me out in no time. Oh, 5 starts to Penske too. So glad I decided to cancel the u-haul I had reserved, I mean "preferred".

Great service, nice lot

This place is great. In addition to car and boat storage, we use it when we are out of town for pickup and delivery of things like motorcycles and stuff from UPS. Much easier than trying to make sure someone is always at the house. Very helpful staff.
