Friendly staff

So I needed help finding a storage unit and have never really rented one before. I had quite a few questions and concerns but the two ladies behind the counter were very helpful. Julia and Shelby. Not only did they help me with all my needs and answer all my questions it's they're friendliness and politeness that stood out. As a hotel and hospitality worker customer service goes along way and they were very professional and showed great customer service.

Ive been with this place for over 3 years now and when I originally rented my unit, I was very satisfied. The owners were great, beyond friendly and personable, willing to work with you if you were late, and even gave courtesy calls to remind you, and avoid you getting charged a late fee. The units were very reasonably priced, and well maintained. Then they sold it and became NW self storage. Needless to say, they're no longer personable, dont make courtesy calls ot reminders, and their prices have climbed, alot.

Positive: The staff here are very nice and helpful. The property is fenced in and has a gate code pad for a safe and secure location. There is more space to drive around, which makes it much easier for backing a trailer or RV. Negative: -Different company moved in. -Price still increasing. Increased 4 times since renting a space at this location.

Inside the storage facility is clean the lobby is well decorated the lady who runs it is so nice and helpful she kept the office open for me Just so I could walk in and pay the bill!

Valley Self Storage is a great facility. They have top of the line security, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and offer many options for storage and payment. I have been storing my things there for years and I highly recommend this place if you have a need to store anything. Well, it's been 6 years that I have stored things at Valley Self Storage and just had my things moved out yesterday. The people who work there are so nice and helpful and don't give you any grief about anything. I still highly recommend them for storage needs and would use them again if I should need to in the future. Thank you for a safe and secure 6 years!!!

I have been here over a year. I love these guys. Ive been late a few times and theyve always been understanding. Never condescending. Never rude. And never pushy. Rose Cookie and Blake make sure you have a great experience while signing up paying or any transactions you may find your self in. They provide coffee and waters to clients. Most of all they are more personalized then commercialised.

Great secure storage with a friendly & helpful manager

Upon our first visit to Valley Self Storage, on a cold day, we were greeted by friendly and professional staff, who welcomed us by offering us coffee. That was an extra nice touch! We were informed as to which units were available and also about the available storage supplies. All in all they were very helpful and honest, but not pushy.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is secure and my kids love the free candy. I love that they are happy while I fill out paperwork for my unit. Gate access hours are convenient for a busy person like myself.

I came upon this place earlier today and there was a woman there was very helpful. She was friendly, upbeat, answered all my questions. Easy parking , lots of items for moving or for storage. All prices for storage . Great to see an employee upbeat and smiling

My mom reccommended Valley Self Storage (after some googling and a driveby to make sure it was the right name and place). From the beginning I could see why. Not only did they negotiate pricing then, they've worked with me when I've had a rough month or simply forgotten to make my payment since. Beyond this already undeniably amazing customer service, they have an annual drawing for gift cards and I have reason to believe they silently participate in other charitable ventures during the holiday season (if not year round) as well. I'll officially have been storing with them for a year this Christmas Eve and I cannot thank the team members at Valley Self Storage enough or sing their praises louder. I am utterly impressed with this business, its people, and the units are also agreeable. Always been able to navigate it during the snow, I've no damages inside (including paper products and eldctronics), and have 24hr contact in case you forget your passcode whatever the hour or day of the week - not that I've ever done this, of course... If you have to chose somewhere else because of the convenience of location, you're missing out. Valley Self Storage is the only storing facility I will use.

Danielle was very helpful and organized. The office was charming and provided us with bottled water (coffee was available at a nice little kiosk). We were able to reserve a 10x10 storage unit on the spot with a nice sign-up incentive, and told about various drawings offered for renters who pay early. We were given a free lock with 3 keys and went to inspect the unit. As promised, nice and clean, easy to access. Happy with the customer service we experienced. Would gladly recommend.

We have rented both a climate and non-climate controlled unit. The access is easy though well controlled. The people have been great to work with, very accommodating with our delayed move-in. The units are solid and clean. They provide the lock (ours to keep) and we were able to set our own passcode for entry. All in all, very easy to work with and would recommend the main Sprague facility.

Clean and secure, but no light in my inside temp-controlled unit which makes it difficult to see. First time I visited (contracted from out of state unseen)I had no flashlight, assuming there would be a light. But all else is great.

Hello, I recently went to pay my storage, it was hot I mean HOT. at least for me, I take medicine and have to drink plenty of water. that is just 1 of the things I like about valley self storage. i went in and said i need water which i got from her then paid my bill. they treat you like part of the family. always a pleasant smile and a friendly wave. so on top of having clean units and reasonable rates. I can get a cup of coffee, or a bottle of water any time I want it or in this case need it, so, ty for all you do. Kenny

We first rented a unit at Valley Self Storage Spring 2013. They promised; and they delivered on their promise. 1. The entire area is kept clean and easily accessible regardless of snow or other weather challenges. 2. The gates and doors work as they should and are always in good repair. 3. The unit itself is wonderful: dry, well built, just like it was promissed. 4. People from front desk, to maintenance to security are genuinely nice people. A GREAT PLACE to store stuff.

Very helpful staff! I called ahead about 3 weeks in advance for my military PCS move needing a unit. They reserved it for me no issue. When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly face and was for lack of better words given the red carpet treatment. I can only hope my next move will be this easy.

I love Valley Self Storage. They are friendly, welcoming, and I was surprised to receive a "Thank you" card after I rented my unit last year. They provided a great lock when I moved in, and this storage company is very well monitored with an on-site manager, security cameras, locking gate requiring a personal security code. I was hesitant to get another storage unit due to a bad experience in another state where they never bothered telling me my unit was broken into and all my belongings stolen. Valley Self Storage has put my fears to rest.

Valley Self Storage staff are very helpful and kind. They take care of us, remind us when our payment is coming up or if you forgot to pay. They will call if you forget to lock up so you know that your items are taken care of. They always have treats at the office for all of their customers. I have had a storage unit now for about 3 years, I only rent it for 5 months to store a car in for the winter. The office is easy and friendly to deal with when ever I come back in the fall. They also have a truck to use to move your items. I have not needed one but it is nice to know about if you do need one. It is also very secure. You cannot get in unless you have a security code.

This is the best storage unit facility around. I did my research. I chose a climate controled unit because I spend a lot of time going in an out of mine. It is very safe and having a person living on site makes me feel even better. They are always so nice and very accommodating. Even the other people who store there belongings there are nice. They have great incentives too. I already won half a months rent free for paying early and getting my name in a drawing. Very good rates for what you get!
