These guys are awesome! Staff were very friendly and available whenever needed. Units and hallways were always clean and dry. When we need to store anything again. We will absolutely come back!

I am very pleased that Sherri is the current Property Manager at the Battle Ground location. Sherri is very helpful, whenever I have a question she will give me an answer. I notified Sherri that the rope had broken on my unit and she had it replaced in no time at all. Sherri walks around the property many times a day, and she is the first manager that ever checked on me while I was inside my corridor unit to make sure I was doing good. She is definitely an asset to this location and I am very happy to have her here.

Sherry is amazing and prompt and very helpful. I would recommend her and northwest storage to anyone that needs storage.

Let me tell you Lynn is the absolute best. She made sure I was taken care and got me into a beautiful big storage unit and went out of her way to get me the price I was quoted. I really appreciate the time and dedication she put into getting me into a good unit. I came in on a day they were redoing the floors in the office and when it wasn’t working to sign me up on her phone outside she made sure when I came back in I received the price I was originally quoted. Thank you Lynn for being so awesome appreciate you!!

Very clean and very well informed on the unit!!

We used this storage facility for 2 yrs. We liked the fact that our unit was inside and climate controlled. About a year in, the price went from $154./mo. for our 10x10 up to $169./mo. At that price it was a bit steep for our budget but still we knew that our belongings were safe and not being subject to the weather. Recently they upgraded their security with codes to enter each building individually which was great. When we notified them we had moved out they were quick to check the unit and issue a move out invoice. All in all this a good storage place, we would recommend it.

Clean, secure facility with lovely office personnel. I give it 3 stars because it constantly raises its prices. I have been there a little over a year and have had several price increases taking from a $76/month unit to $100/month and I have a small unit! Knowing what I know now I would have chosen another facility. They are pricing themselves out of the Clark County market after calling around earlier this month to see what other facilities were charging for their units the same size as the unit I have at NW Storage. Once I get energy to move facilities I will be out of NW Storage.

Service matters, and these folks are consistently excellent. I've dealt with several staff members at two locations and I find them highly competent, reliable, and generous. Competitive pricing is nice too.

Northwest Self Storage has been my storage place since 2018 and I have been very happy. The safety and friendliness are just right for me. The help and willingness to help make everything so easy. Online, over the phone and in person, Northwest Self Storage has exceeded all limits. I just acquired a second unit and couldn't be more satisfied! The people who work for Northwest Self Storage are truly the best.

Everybody should understand that, in the world of self storage, managers can change more frequently than some people bathe. That being said, there is a great husband and wife team currently serving this location and they are just the greatest. The facility itself is fairly new and kept in excellent condition. It took me less than five minutes of being on site to decide to store my belongings there. Between the great attitude of the managers and just how clean the place is, the decision was a no brainer.
