My experience has been positive. And after a year of renting a large unit I rented an additional smaller unit. I have had no problems and have been treated very well by staff.

I think it's a bunch of Crap that you make me pay extra for insurance when I do not want it. I a.m.52 years old and I know what I need and what I don't need. I will most likely move back out as soon as I find another unit that doesn't add on extra money when you go to rent a unit. I am even willing to pay more, just to not be told what I have to do.
