My experience with Northwest self-storage with great! Marcy could not have been more helpful. She spent time assessing our needs & Then rented us the unit at an amazing price! And I very much appreciated her friendly and kind manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Absolutely sweet people to work with ! My daughter made the initial call and after Marcy asked her some questions about our needs she then gave us a unit with a price I could afford without stress or worry . We are temporarily displaced and just knowing the burden of extra cost is tough she lightened my worry ! I went to rent it and had the pleasure of meeting with Bea and she was so sweet and took great care of everything else. Thanks to them both ! It is definitely a nice , clean and efficient place . I highly recommend
