The gentlemen that helped me seemed like he was being trained that day. he had a good attitude and was easy to deal with, the the lady that was training him or helping him with me was great! She helped him through the process and she was really nice to him and me both and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

I am really happy with this facility and this location. I had a 40 foot container that needed to be unloaded. Kimberly at this facility worked with me and was really helpful and accommodating. They have a full range of space sizes and the location is very secure. I highly recommend!

I've been storing a number of my sculptures at NW Storage in Sherwood and have been extremely happy with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly and professional staff the during the whole time. I have just removed my pieces and after five years they were all in perfect condition. Highly recommend them.
