We've been renting here for about a year now. Jeff and Collette have both been so very helpful during this time. If we've ever caught them on a bad day, they sure don't let us know! Collette handles the office very competently, Jeff mostly works the outside grounds. Both answer questions, handle payments, and issues we've had come up cheerfully. At times, they've also directed us to other businesses in the area for solutions/information out of their expertise. The grounds are clean and seem to be well monitored. We don't think we have to worry a whole lot about the "treasures" we have stored there! Thanks, Jeff and Collette!

Prices are a little high, but the staff make up for that. Jeff & Colette have always been very friendly & helpful. I like that there is 24hr security that patrols as well as cameras. Makes me feel that my items are secure & not going to get messed with or stolen.

Great office staff and a nice clean facility with great prices!!

I've been with nw self storage for over a year in two different states and in both instances I have had nothing but caring and very helpful staff experiences. Here in Roseburg new to the area and the staff here is amazing, place is tidy, and clean, insurance is awesome. All my questions ate answered promptly and everyone is so nice and understanding.

Nice place and well secured

June 2020 I was looking for a location for parking my motorhome. I looked at several locations, mainly I wanted covered storage with good security. As a solo woman, security is my top consideration, when I met with Jeff, he showed me the available locations. I was at ease with his answers to my questions, he didn't pressure me to make an immediate decision. I really felt comfortable knowing he was the onsite manager which gave me the flexibility of coming and going on the weekends. Over the years I have seen the change of ownership and considered leaving when they discontinued having the office open on Sundays. That impacted my ability to feel safe when returning my RV to the unit, I would have to wait until Mondays'. I realize there are cameras in the facility, they are only effective if being monitored. When Colette joined the organization, she brought another warm personality to the office. Colette and Jeff make going to the office to make payments an enjoyable experience. They are very welcoming to tenants, even if you dropped in just before closing! The organization are extremely fortunate to have them as employees, they are truly assets with great work ethics and skills! They work hard at keeping the facility clean, doors and locks in great shape. Being immediate company representatives, they're receptive to feedback, concerns and sharing ideas. My one suggestion to upper Management would be to reward long-termed tenants with an appreciative discount based on their loyalty. Also consider quarterly payments receiving a small discount as a benefit.

First off-- staff is great! Place is very well maintained and from what I can see, rotten free! Big Plus to me! I have also been fortunate to have won a few auctions as well from this facility. Those lockers were also without rotten feces! Over all 5 star place to rent from - and to buy auctioned off units from!

Jeff was super helpful… I had a lot of questions about what size of unit would fit my items and he took the time to look over my measurements and find what would work best.

Registration was fast and easy, Colette was super friendly and knowledgeable, we haven't tried the phone app to see if it automatically opens gate when we pull up, but are looking forward to it. We rented an RV spot.

I relationship started with NWS when my father passed away and I needed to deal with his travel trailer he had stored at NWS. They have been very helpful while getting the account back on track after the bank canceled the automatic payments to my late father's debit card. They have been very flexible and gracious during this difficult time and I appreciate they're going above and beyond.

Very pleased with NW storage. Jeff Sidenstick has gone out of his way several times to assist both my wife and I. The areas are clean, even the portable bathroom is clean! Appreciate him as the manager as he cares about me as a customer.

Well maintained and the staff is amazing! Very clean and well insulated facilities! Very fair pricing compared to others! Highly recommend, they have many sized units and parking spots for boats, motor homes, trailers, and cars!

I have had a storage space at Northwest Storage for over 13 years now, seen a couple different managers come and go, but Jeff and his team have really been awesome. My motor coach batteries were dead and he even hung out till I was all fixed up. I would highly recommend Northwest storage based on my great experience over the last 13 years of doing business with them.

We chose Northwest when we moved into our new home, not knowing what kind of business it was. We have been with Northwest for three years now. From day one, Manager Jeff has always been super helpful and has met our needs immediately. When we needed a different size unit, he was quick to find what we needed. We drive by regularly because it is on our way home, we occasionally see him out paroling the lot. The place is well maintained, and we feel at peace knowing our valuable things are safe. We have always been treated like family there and we are always appreciative of the customer service we have received.

Been a customer here for a few years and this place is great, especially the property manager Jeff, he keeps this property clean and well looked after. You regularly see him maintaining the property and keeping track of anyone who doesn't belong. I feel confident my stuff is safe there with him.

We recently relocated to Oregon and needed to store our belongings. We arrived on a Friday and needed to secure a storage unit by Monday when we would be meeting the moving company. After driving around and checking several places, we found out quickly there weren't any available units. Talk about panic!! One of the facilities gave us a list of the local storage facilities so I started calling and the first 8 were full. Finally, on the 9th call, Northwest Self Storage said they had 4 units available. We needed a 10x20 which they didn't have but they did have two 5x10 units. Thank God!! I was a little stressed when we walked in the door and Collette was extremely helpful and made the rental process go smoothly. We even got a 50% discount for renting 2 units! Very clean and secure storage facility.

Staff was super kind and funny. Provided quick response wen it came to availability. Security over property makes me feel a little at ease. The only downfall I'm going to throw out there is the prices kind of sucked. But hey what can you do when there's no availability anywhere. Im grateful i even got a unit.

I have both outdoor and indoor storage here. Met Jeff the second day and he was very professional, but also quite friendly. He's always helpful and really knows his business. Colette has been here for several months now and she, too is friendly and helpful and does her job well. The rates are good and the facilities are clean and well cared for. I plan on adding another indoor unit and won't bother to look anywhere else. This place and the management team are second to none. A++++++. !!! 🤙🐕

Look nowhere else, you’ll be wasting your time. The customer service can’t be beat, prices are more than affordable and the units are very clean!! Their manager Jeff came by in the evening, at dark, during security patrol, and stopped to help us lift a piano into our UHaul as we were moving out! As if that weren’t enough, he lent us his personal rollers to take home to help unload it! What more could you ask for in a storage company!

Friendly helpful staff...clean storage units... easy to access and convenient

They are very helpful and friendly. If you have questions about their rates, bill or any other situation, they bend over backwards to help you or find the answers you need. My husband and I have been with them for about 2 years and there has been some cases where we couldn't make the month's rent and they worked with us and able to make it up with the next month's rent. They are fun to talk with and in June, we have to say goodbye to them as we are finishing moving out and bringing our belongings to Oklahoma where we had moved to. I want to say, that these two people are like family to us and we will be keeping in touch with them. Would I recommend them to friends moving to Oregon, You better believe it. I would rate them a 20, however, the rating scale don't go that high.

The staff is absolutely awesome. Doesn't get anymore friendly and helpful. I store 2 trailers and my son has a storage unit. Jeff patrols the grounds on a regular basis. With the cameras recently being upgraded security would be hard to beat.

In the 3 years I’ve rented here Jeff has been able to accommodate my storage needs from just keeping my car cleaned out to having all my household goods stored. Anytime I needed help from time after hours access hours, to jumpstart my dead battery he was there to lend a hand. The addition of Colette to the staff has been a positive change in customer service.

One of the few storage units I could find that had a large enough unit available AND would fit a commercial moving truck right next to the unit. Jeff and Colette have been extremely helpful during the entire process of moving my items in and getting set up on electronic monthly pay. There are cameras and Jeff lives on site so someone is always available and keeping an eye out. Super nice and friendly people! Highly recommend this place.

She gave me full service: explained the rule and expectations from me as the renter/occupant and the services offered, a tour of the location of my unit and the view of the unit. The responsibilities of paying of my rental fee was fully explained so there was not doubt in my mind about what is expected. I am very please with the information of the safety and security of the business and overall would recommend Northwest Self Storage to everyone I know who needs storage. In fact, I came to your storage because or a recommendation I received from new new husband who used your business when he and his late wife moved to town.

Great place to store stuff and hasn't caught fire yet! Not 5 star because cellphone screen broke on the right side after throwing it at rabid cougar at the bar.

Great staff, but not very well protected with video, high loss during the snow storm. And the rates are a little on the high side and they go up $20.00 higher after being there a year!

I have used this storage for 3 years to store my RV. The employees have been very nice and extremely helpful! I never worried about my rv in the secured perimeter outside!

Service is the best that I have received in a long time. The price for RV storage is a bit higher than what I have paid in the past at this and other facilities. It will be a safe place close to home for our trailer and that is worth the cost for a few months. I did receive a discount for the first three months, that was appreciated. All in all they deserve the 5 STARS.

This was my first major move (in my 60's) and first having to rent a storage unit. Ashley @ the Roseburg office has excellent p r in person as well as on the phone. She clearly defines explaining policies moving in and moving out without me having to keep asking questions. She is very professional but is friendly and lets you know she will work with you because things "happen". It has been my pleasure renting from Supreme Storage and I hope the staff is as outstanding as she is. Because of Ashley, I will always refer your business to other people. Turns out my permanent home is only 4 minutes from there. Thank you.
