Merike and Ruben were exceptional with their time. Ruben was always fastidious with maintaining the facility. They are willing to take a moment for brief conversation. Any questions that I had were answered in a courteous and timely manner.

Merike King is Absolutely Fabulous. I have been renting from Northwest Storage since 2006. I did have 5 units at one time. Im now down to 2...I only stay because of Merike. My rent is raised every 3/4 months and its ridiculous. Even during the pandemic it kept going up. Some of us long timers stay because of loyalty to Merike and Ruben. They are good people and they don't call the shots and they shouldn't be blamed for something out of their hands..the community loves and respects them for what they have done in the past with the food drives for the holidays and supplies for back to school...We small town people stick together. We really hope that this company knows how lucky they are to have the team they have working for them. I gave 5 stars because the grounds are always clean and cleared in bad weather and they are secured and watched carefully. Plus Merike deserves 5 stars if not more..as for the company itself..I will give them 1star.

I would give this a 5 star with the exception for the cost. The personnel that manage the Prineville, Oregon storage facility have done a wonderful job through the years. I have been with them for a long time. Thank you for the Great service.

Highly recommend and great service

So far, my experience has been great. The check-in was easy online, the gate code assigned and explained. I met the managers of the property one time I was on the property who explained some of the details of the property. There was a single time I had to call for some reason. The person who answered was not on property, but was friendly and forwarded the call to the person I was trying to reach. After reaching my party, my question was addressed and satisfactorily resolved. Thanks, guys!

We stored our precious belongings for years and felt very secure about it. The storage units and facility were very clean and well cared for. The security was great, with the managers living on the property with their large dog and a gate requiring a code customized for each unit. The managers are very nice people and easy to get along with.

Very happy with nw storage pleasant people clean units they have always been super helpful to our group.
