This place is a very good place to take care of your belongings, they have a secure bed, a security camera, good service, they are flexible and they help you with everything. I am grateful to have been with them

Wonderful experience. Savanna was very patient and kind as I got my payment figured out and helped me to find my unit. She was quite knowledgeable on sharing all the hours and other necessary information to help me figure out how to get back to my unit in the most convenient way. Highly recommend this place I am very happy with the service.

This place is EVERYTHING. The manager is on her job!!! She answered questions. She didn't keep trying to send me to the website. She even called me back like she said she was when there was a small issue. If you provide what they ask for there is a good chance they can work with you. I like the way I was treated so much I am moving my stuff from another storage unit to their facility. This kind of customer service is hard to find. Give this place a shot over others. It was clean and has good security.

This is the best place out of three storage spots I've used in Portland. Savannah is a very active and thorough manager, and made moving my stuff in easy and smooth. Each time there has been an issue, like a stolen missing door blocker or a smell in the elevator, she was already aware when I told her and had the issues fixed within hours, on top of all her normal duties. And with all the people she must deal with she always has the nicest warm smile and genuinely upbeat personality. I don't know how she does it. I pay a few extra bucks here than the other places, but I haven't heard of any units robbed here so it's worth it. Best place East of the river, for sure!

I rented a unit at the facility on se 202nd and stark. They have great customer service and are extremely nice. The property is clean and my belongings in my unit stayed safe. I would definitely rent here again if needed.

Since I first started renting a storage Unit, I have been downsizing to smaller Units, the management has been very accommodating. I thank you for that. very easy and to work with them in this matter.

I stopped in to NW storage at 614 se 202nd Ave in Portland OR. The assistant was very helpful and suggested I go online I would get a better price even though I’m a senior citizen. The online agent was friendly, professional with excellent instructions about the unit.

Yesterday I rented a storage space for the first time ever and wasn't sure how this all worked. Fortunately I found a very helpful and patient property manager, Savanna, who explained everything clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. I now have my space ready and waiting for me to store my stuff.

This Storage Facility and their Agent James deserve 10 stars! I called very frustrated and annoyed after receiving very poor, rude customer service from a competitor. UHaul gave me information on units available at NW Self Storage. I started to reserve my unit online, had a quick question so called the facility DIRECTLY and James answered and willing to help. He answered my questions promptly and asked if he could finish my reservation for me!! He told me I was all set. This entire process took less then 10 minutes! Before ending our call, he informed me what type of lock I should get and that I should receive an email with my unit# and gate code. I have to say....I was previously at one of their competitors and mentally I had to GET OUT immediately. We had an emergency and the 1-800 staff were so rude I finally hung up. My husband called back because it had to be resolved, he also hung up because of the way he was treated. I then went to THREE of their local facilities and there was NO ONE in the offices. "Call the 1-800 for assistance" If you want the best personable, fast service, PLEASE PLEASE go to NW Self Storage. You can talk to a PERSON at a local number, nd at that particular establishment. Thank you Northwest self storage and thank you James!!

This storage is climate control.

Been renting here for few years, pretty simple and easy to get in and out. Staff is typically friendly but I've rarely have had to speak to them.

This NWSS location is clean and secure, and the folks who maintain the property are courteous and helpful. I rented here more than a year and encountered zero problems.

Used this storage unit moving between homes. It has a moving truck you can use for free if you rent a storage unit as long as you reserve it and the onsite staff are friendly. The biggest and only downsides are the parking lot size which holds maybe 4 or 5 cars and how difficult it can be to pull in if your heading southbound on 201st.

Got in on a really great deal for the time I needed it for. For places like this, I would definitely look online first and grab their specials! The manager is nice and paperwork was done quickly. The storage units are extremely nice and clean, I also felt as though my stuff was very secure there! I would rent from them again if needed!
