Hi there. This is the 2nd time in the last 7 months , technically the 3rd time that this location and manager Melanie, has seriously restored some faith back into person to person business and all of the helpful and particular ways that someone can do to come thru in an already stressful time,she provides a fair, polite, and friendly service, which would be good enough if that was all. She has a way of doing business that still has a feel of a human element to it and of getting you on her good side. And with all due respect, she looks great from all sides and is a beautiful gal. and all throughout being completely honest, and highly respectable which makes it that much easier to follow any of the rules or what she asks of you. When it comes to personal items in a storage any variety from valuables, rare things, sentimental, extreme importance, its important factor to feel like you have somebody on your team working for ya, and i have said before and once again, I specificaly have chosen to stay at this location and business, and chose to pay the slightly higher rate,which i know varies. From$15 more to $35 more per month, I have chose this location, on 2 different occasions to give my business , not for any other reason, but solely because of the manager MELANIE. while she maintains a professionalism about herself and still must take you thru all thr proper processes that one must to rent a storage. She is a joy from the initial inquiry, the reservation, whether online or in person, when you mess up 2 times In a row attempting to reserve online and a certain location and end up using your credit card to book a unit at the wrong location and with charges of $175 , back to back, which makes an already anxious and stressful event a big issue andwhile still not having the correct storage needed😓.Only because I had had a great experience with Melanie helping me in the past to find a smaller unit /transfer within the same location before and on short notice. Only because I had trust in her that she would be able to properly work her magic w/ all of the technical stuff of the fees$, the transfer to another bigger available unit while applying the months rent I had just paid a couple days before making it significantly better and dealing with me as I was at my worst and babbling to her, it's as if she was already in process of doing all of the things, that i incoherently had just tried to explain to her, while she also was working on correcting my 2 units i charged to my card at wrong location, to ensure me that i got the rightful $ back on my cards and while applying some of that charged $ refund, to the new unit that I was needing most importantly, as she was crunching numbers in her head, pulling up forms needed, contacting other locations to help with refund, simultaneouslyfinding the closest unit on the map to make the transfer of items from 5×10 to a 10×10, while giving me the fair and honest price, alsoexplaining to me why i had to pay an additional$10 or$20 on my last paymentfor being late, as if shewas reading my mind or knew exactly what I wanted and needed, and within a few minutes of standing in her office, like magic, she had resolved everything and had helped me get the refund that i was properly going to get from my reservation mistakes, She did all of that like a breeze, as she was making me laugh while we had a side conversation going on. It was a pleasure to watch her work, I was thoroughly impressed as just someone witnessing but I was So appreciative of the way she handled
it. She got all of the $ for unit and fees that was rightfully owed by me, but without a sense that she was charging and taking $ from me that she might have been able to,whether that was in the form of unecessary and additional fees , a higher unit price etc. Whatever the case, she makes it easy to open up the wallett and pay a certain rate, or a late fee charge, without a sting along with it. Heck I would probably pay her another fee $ right now if she asked me for it🤷♂️.
