Christina was very nice very professional listen to you when you were talking about what you needed and wanted.
We had the enjoyable experience of working with Christina to get our storage needs addressed. We rented online but had a bit of an issue signing some documents online. Christina was very helpful and had it all taken care of within a matter of minutes. She did so very efficiently and quickly. We were able to start loading our storage unit within a few minutes of arriving at the facility. It was such a pleasure it was to have such a smooth and enjoyable experience. The location at 3210 W 11th Ave was the 4th storage facility I checked out and definitely the most professional and welcoming. The staff wore masks - very happy to see that! They were friendly and helpful and I signed up for a unit on the spot.
