We rented space for our college student to store things between moves. The unit was large, reasonably priced and easy to access. When my daughter moved her stuff out, they noticed and contacted me to ask if we wanted to end our rental! This took one thing off my todo list.
I can't believe everyone will share My personal experience..... however better than expected! which is a good thing for a storage facility. Sherry is very helpful and understanding. Communication was available on multiple platforms and payments were as simple as sending a text message. My expectations for a storage facility have been vaulted tremendously.

I've been renting my storage unit from them for over 5 years now. They are always very helpful and easy to work with when times get tough and you fall behind. They also provide excellent customer service and truly care about their patrons. All tho my rent has more then tripled since I first moved in. I'd say that is the only downfall that I have encountered I n the five years of being here.

The manager made the rental process go seamless. She let me know how important it was for my safety to use my gate code even if the gate is open from a car in front of me. I felt well informed. I was forgetful and forgot I had two entrances to my unit. She called me the next morning to remind me of this. This helped me feel that these units are well taken care of and she cares about her renters items. I highly recommend this storage place!

Great location for those who take public transportation. Also, seems as, as compared to another storage facility in a more expensive part to town, the price for storage well, $60 for 4’x10’. The BBQ place behind there has great customer service and a delicious menu.

The grounds have monitoring capabilities and the entrance gate is conveniently open from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., which makes it a generally safe and accessible location for your storage needs.

I've been renting several units for a number of years now. I was unable to raise the roll up door once because something of mine shifted inside making it difficult for me to open the door. I contacted the office and some how they were successful in being able to use their "magic" to raise the door.

Old facility with helpful staff and online bill pay
Due to too many rent increases I gave timely notice to leave and vacated my unit a day early after sweeping it out and informng the office in person. I was very surprised to be billed for the next month anyway! Waiting for a refund. The location at 3210 W 11th Ave was the 4th storage facility I checked out and definitely the most professional and welcoming. The staff wore masks - very happy to see that! They were friendly and helpful and I signed up for a unit on the spot.
This place is super safe and well monitored and maintained and the facility manager is super nice and helpful. She even called me when I booked the storage unit before I moved all my things in just to ask if I had any concerns or questions. She’s very good about getting back to you within 24 hours if you leave a message or email. The medium size unit was much larger than I thought and was affordable at $148 a month. Highly recommend!

I used a bigger unit here for almost 2 years to store my inventory for my online store. I really appreciated the friendly, quality customer service whenever I called. The managers were professional and courteous. Although this is an older facility, the location and the staff make it a good place for those who frequently visit their unit. Although I've got plenty of space in my new home, I'll actually miss coming here!

I used Northwest storage last year for the first time. The location was so easy to get to and from campus. The space was clean and the yard was kept safe and easy to move over around to get to the space. I have to say the best thing about Northwest storage is the staff. I was treated so well last year then I went out of my way to go back to this facility even though they were closer storage facilities to the university. People make the difference these days. I would do everything I can to support this company and the staff because they in return appreciate my business and it shows.

Honest American Business. I was moving out from another state and on 10/02 they pro-rated my October payment. Today I received the invoice which indicates they are returning most of the payment for this month. I think it is the way to run the business in honest way. Patrick, the manager has been especially helpful (when I enrolled and finished) and friendly with great customer service. If ever need to store my stuff in Eugene, will do it in their store. Recommend.

If you need a storage space I would highly recommend NW Self Storage. The customer service so far has been excellent. As a few examples, they returned my call; they gave me exact pricing and what was available. I got lost using one of the online direction services and when I called they guided me in. When I arrived there were no surprises; they had the space available at the price they quoted-- rates are competitive. Patrick assisted me with directions and at sign up; he described the terms in a way that was more like a conversation rather than someone understating the takeaways or varnishing the truth. He boldly stated the costs, deadlines and penalties. This is what you can and can’t do with the storage space. He went over the contract paragraph by paragraph so I didn’t have to read the entire 4 pages of boilerplate. I appreciated that. Up front I told Patrick that I would only be renting for about 2 weeks and he didn’t balk, pleasant young man. I’d rent from them again without hesitation. Tim
