Excellent facility. Fully Fences with gate code makes is very safe. Each building has lots of storage units. Easy to use code boxes. The staff is very helpful.

I had a positive experience storing my F350 dually here. Easy in, easy out. Krista was friendly, helpful, and professional... maybe even amazing. She's a great communicator and she makes the process flow easily. The location of the facility is quiet and convenient. I was even able to take public transit from PDX up to the front door of the storage facility. Highly recommended especially if you are coming in and out of town and needing to store a vehicle.

So far so good! The rental was so easy, the staff was polite, professional and efficient, the facility was very clean and best of all, there aren’t saw and grinder marks from break ins all over the place like so many places have. Fingers crossed!

She was very helpful. They said I can use my storage unit as a small craft space as long as I leave the door open and cover the ground. Only place in the area I could find that would allow me to do this. She even found me an indoor unit. Property is well managed. Would recommend to anyone.

NW Storage has been the most informative of any storage facility in the Cornelius/ Forest Grove area. The units are super clean and temperature controlled. The manager is continually checking to make sure units are locked and secure. We once forgot to lock our unit and Nicole called us within the hour to let us know we had not locked our unit. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The price is great for what you get. If you want great service, good pricing, and competent managers, NW Storage Cornelius is the best place around!

I ve had storage units for years! I dont want to but....I checked prices and found that NorthWest public Storage had the best price. We moved our items into a 10×30 ft. Unit ( i think thats the size) to include my motorcycle and a antique car. It seemed like a few months later the was a new manager. I found after a short time the property was cleaner. I met the new manager and learned her name is Nicole. I found her very nice a very and helpful i soon learned in the future. I came to the facility to take my motorcycle for a ride. I did so returning about 8:00 pm and secured my motorcycle. ( i thought ) I pulled down the door and put on my lock and left for home. I recieved a call about 8:45 or so from Nicole, she said that i put my lock on but did not slide the latch into the frame!...Huh? how did i do that!? But really! Hiw did she catch that? When i got there, Nicole was waiting. I had asked her..."how did you catch this with so many units in this place"? She stated that she every night walks and checks "ALL" the storage units be fore she calls it a day! Another day i needed something for my unit and when i drove in i saw again Nicole. She had a dust pan and a broom, i asked her "where was the mess at"? because i did not see anything anywhere! She stated zhe was on a glass, paper, and general garbage hunt! I had to laugh! This woman takes her job very serious! If i ever start a buisness, the first person im going to is Nicole!....Watch out NW public Storage! I might just do that!...Thank you, NW Public Storage!.....And a real big Thank You to Nicole! If you did not call me when i did mot lock my unit right i could of lost Thousands of dollars to say the least! Thanks again!

going through one of the hardest times in my life, this facility has been more than accomadating to all my needs. nicole is like a ray of light and treated my family like her own. i have been very pleased with the experience here and i am extremely grateful to know i have a place i can trust my inherited belongings that are precious to me , that they will be safe and secure. I always see her running around cleaning and checking up on people. i would recommend this facility to anyone. thank you for all your hard work...ashley

I have been using NW Self Storage for over a year now and have never had an issue so far. Nichole is always so polite and helpful when I do go in to pay my bill and has the same character over the phone. That kind of consistency is much appreciated and hard to find these days. I have recommended this location to many people because it is a clean facility the hours are convenient and they always have great people in the office!

Clean, bug free and honest! prices abit higher than others but so worth it!

I've used several different storage facilities in the past and NW Self Storage is the best so far. The facility is kept very clean and the temperature controlled individual units have regular swing out doors which are also very tall, making it easy to load and unload stuff. But the best reason for using this storage facility is the manager, Daniel Vanzzini, who goes out of his way to make everything easy for you.
