Northwest Self Storage

We moved from California to north Idaho. We knew it would take time for us to house hunt so all our possessions would go into storage for a while. My relationship with Jeanine began almost 2 months before we took possession of the storage unit. We wanted their largest unit, a 10' x 30', but it was not available. Jeanine put me on a waiting list and when it came available Jeanine gave me a call. I paid for a month's rent to reserve it and the following month our truck arrived. Jeanine enabled the truck driver to drop off the trailer in a convenient location to our storage unit and she enabled an easy pick-up as well. At the end of the month when we were clearing out our unit, Jeanine reminded me that the first of the month would automatically renew and charge us for another month's rent. I had forgotten this detail and that there is no prorating of rent. Initially our goal was to remove our things slowly but with that incentive we decided to hustled a bit more. However, Jeanine mentioned that since the first day of the month was Sunday and the office was closed - we could use Sunday to finish clearing out our unit. She also turned off autopay. Later that same day, when we finished, she closed our contract. Northwest Self Storage facilities and units are clean and well maintained. Jeanine is collaborative and helpful. Once I had a question about pest infestation. She mentioned that the facility has pest control measures in place, however, if people have food, any kind of food (people or pet food!) stored in their unit then that will attract pests. She asked that we don't use baited traps because those will attracts pests. Overall, Jeanine was a lifesaver with all her suggestions and efforts. We truly appreciate Jeanine and Northwest Self Storage. It made our transition easier and gave us great peace of mind. Thanks, Jeanine! We appreciate you!

We needed a place to store some items for a customer long term, and have been happy with their customer service, ease of payment, and follow up. I would highly recommend them to someone looking for a place to trust with their belongings!
