The Best RV Campgrounds in Northern Oregon
Spectacular river valleys await in northern Oregon, including the Columbia River Gorge. Salem, the state’s capital, is here too. Although many prefer Portland for its artsy ambiance and phenomenal craft beer scene. Craft beer is so popular that Portland’s nickname is “Beervana”! Plus, while you’re here, don’t miss the magnificent Multnomah Falls!
The name says it all; this campground is right in the middle of Oregon’s wine country! Tranquil and close to a variety of amenities, Willamette Wine Country RV Park is practically perfect. It’s also on the Yamhill River for added fishing fun! The biggest reason to stay here, though, is the access to gorgeous nearby wineries. Come to this campground to sip all the delicious wines from the region and relax!
Silver Falls State Park is great for small and mid-size RVs. But be aware that the campground is unpaved, so it will be a bumpy ride. Many people refer to this as the “crown jewel” of Oregon’s state parks, and once you’re here, you’ll see why; it’s stunning!
